Ah, it was last night. I wonder if Michelle will come up to San Francisco for the 17th GLAAD awards.
Be prepared to catch the show. It's going to be televised on cable television:
The Logo airdate for the GLAAD Media Awards is April 15, 2006 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). The VH1 airdate is April 16 at 11 p.m. (ET/PT).
We might be able to catch a glimpse of Michelle on TV! :-P

Hi Michelle,
I think you are already a star aka. talented. Keep your wit and humor, its what makes you a good actor.

Michelle and Lynn,

I really like the way the film portrayed diaspora culture. Its something we all can relate to when it comes to realize the idea of becoming living bridges. Of course there will always be generational gaps, but representing the multicultural blend takes work of inclusiveness as well as forgiveness. That's what I saw in the film. Mother trying to understand daughter, and daughter trying to understand mother. Lots of humor dynamics. Coming from a Latin family, married into the Japanese culture, and raising two teenagers of Latin, American and Asian spheres is a bit like a buffet except the meal is continually being invented with style. Rice and beans with potato salad and tempura on the side.
